Delivery times
The maker does not publish dispatch times, carriers or warehouse locations, so we do not quote them. You receive a receipt email at once and a shipping email with tracking when the parcel leaves. If no shipping email arrives within a few business days, contact support with your order ID.
Where it ships
The prices on this site apply to U.S. addresses. For other countries, check what the checkout offers at the time of ordering; the maker's refund terms may differ for international orders.
When it arrives
Check the parcel and each bottle's seal before opening, using our bottle check. Store bottles cool and dry, away from heat, light and humidity. Keep the packing slip; you need it for any return.
